The purpose of this letter is to give you space to breathe and slow down, to dig deeper into what is important to you.

 

Each month there is a different theme (or topic) that we explore together. These topics are inspired by coaching work that I do with my clients and my own experiences.

 

I find there is something so liberating and comforting in realising that we all go through similar struggles in our life. I am a strong believer that the world will be a better place if we learn from each other and share our experiences.
